Ground Beef, Onions, Bread Crumbs, Eggs, Purified Salt, Sumac, Black Pepper.
Place Kebabs on grill and cook 5 to 8 minutes until reach an internal temperature of 160 c degrees. Turn kebabs at least three times for even cooking.
Frying Pan instructions:
Preheat frying pan just until a drop of water bounces in pan.
Place kebabs in the pan and cook uncovered for 5 to 8 minutes until kebabs reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Turn kebabs over at least three times for even cooking.
To keep burgers juicy, do not press with spatula during cooking.
Keep refrigerated at -18C degrees.
