Grill Instructions:
Place burgers on grill and cook 5 to 8 minutes until reach an internal temperature of 160 c degrees. Turn burgers at least three times for even cooking.

Frying Pan instructions:
Preheat frying pan just until a drop of water bounces in pan.
Place burgers in the pan and cook uncovered for 5 to 8 minutes until burgers reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Turn burgers over at least three times for even cooking.
For best results: Thaw out frozen burgers. To keep burgers juicy, do not press with spatula during cooking.

Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated at -18C degrees.
